One of the biggest challenges facing most organizations is that of getting relevant information to those that need or want it.
Two basic groups of possible website users were identified for Central Christian Church The first group is 'church shoppers', seekers and other
people that are not already familiar with the
church. The second group is church members and regular attendees.
CentralChristianFamily.Org is targeted to the second group, church members and regular attendees. Delivering large amounts of diverse infromation to people that need it is one focus of the site. Another is putting the content in the hands of a team of church staff and volunteers.

Project Solutions:
CentralChristianFamily.Org has a very large backend that facilitiates delivery of information to those who need it, under the control of church staff and volunteers. Highlights include:
- Enterprise version of our Content Management System (CMS) that allows sections of the website to be managed by section admins and editors. This includes the ability to create new pages and subsections, modify text and images, upload files and multimedia and much more.
- A custom Small groups module that allows people to search for groups on a given night using a visual map of the area and sign up for a group. Each group leader has the ability to email all their members and manage their own group web page.
- Each section of the site has its own email newsletter and bulletin board.
- Authorized staff can upload sermon audio files and sermon notes, which become immediately available on the sermons page of the site.
- Each section of the site has an event calandar which is under control of the section admin.
